Belleville Choral
Society is a non-denominational community choir that was established in
1959. They present several concerts each year, with varied programs of
sacred and secular music.
Besides providing
a recreational
outlet for singers, the choir also administers The Henk Binnema
Memorial
Scholarship which is awarded to successful applicant(s).
The choir holds
weekly rehearsals
from September through to April. Practices are held at Bridge Street
Church,
Belleville, every Monday from 8:00 to 10:00 pm.
