6 p.m. Doors open - wine tasting, refreshments and entertainment

6:30 p.m. Welcoming Remarks

6:30 - 9:30 p.m. Silent Auction & Wine Tasting

8:00 - 8:30 p.m. Live Auction

ONCE THE BIDDING IS CLOSED, NO FURTHER BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED

10 - 10:45 p.m. Successful bidders at the event pay for their items by cash, cheque, Interac, VISA or MasterCard. Wine tasting and entertainment continues.

11 p.m. Event closes. Please note that all sales are final. The successful bidder can request a charitable tax receipt for any amount bid above the printed retail value.
