The Quinte Woodturners' Guild is a non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement and promotion of woodturning in the Quinte area for over 10 years.

Our objectives are to provide an opportunity for woodturners to meet and benefit from the contact with people of like interests. Membership in the Guild is open to anyone with an interest in woodturning.(ages 16-18 accompanied with an adult).

The meetings are held at 7 pm on the Third Thursday of the month at the Trenton Senior Club, on Bay Drive in Trenton (no meeting in July). Meetings give rise to lively discussions, and the sharing of info on sources of tools, wood, etc. A show and tell is a feature of each meeting where members are encouraged to bring samples of their work, showing their successes, failures, and techniques.

The Guild participates in various events each year such as the Quinte Home and Renovation Show, the Belleville Public Library Art Show and Sale and in fall we build a Xmas tree for the Festival of Trees for the Garratt’s Island Farm Retreat.  Our profits go to a charitable organization.
