The most common compliment paid to Bev with regards her talent is: "You have an amazing voice!"

Bev is a Singer/Songwriter who currently resides in beautiful Prince Edward County by way of Montreal and Ottawa.  Bev’s genuine “love” of all types of music stems from enjoying a variety of music “genres” throughout her life.  Although Bev has played guitar and sang for her family and friends for many years, it is only recently that she started to pursue her music dreams.  Bev is making up for lost time by exploring a variety of music styles and partnerships.  She enjoys singing folk ballads; R&B tunes; classic and current songs; playing acoustic guitar; songwriting and creating music arrangements for all occasions.  Some of her music influences are Loggins & Messina, Valdy, Ella Fitzgerald, Linda Ronstadt and Diana Krall.

Her keen ear for harmonies and incredible voice have made her a favorite Guest Performer playing shared billings with many local area musicians; or solo/duo at The Regent Theatre (Roots Shows); Clubs, and Festivals in the Belleville & County areas as well as dinner concerts at Angelines Inn & Spa – Bloomfield and at Bayly Restaurant in Ajax; The BookStore Cafe in Camden East; to a Private Dinner Party in Montreal; local Weddings, International Conference in Kingston; Sessions Café - New Brunswick & Rasputans in Ottawa and many places in between.  She also now regularly plays at “The Painted Peppercorn” in Picton.  Bev’s co-production of ~ Music in Motion ~ Concert was a “full house” and offered the debut of her original music which received an overwhelming response, leaving people wanting more…

The growing interest to hear her stems from her performing songs that everyone knows and can sing or hum along to…ones that instill memories - although she may have put her own “feel” to the tunes along the way!  Her voice has been described as “soul touching”; a cross between Eva Cassidy, Jo Stafford and Joan Baez, and to quote Jerry Foster – Singer/Songwriter and Radio Host @ QWE 105.3 Radio – “She’s the Nightingale of Peats Point!” and Willi Fida - Owner/Chef Angeline’s Restaurant Inn and Spa – “You have a voice sweeter than County Maple Syrup!”

Given the demand from her audiences and fellow performers, she is currently working on the final touches of her original songs to begin recording her first CD. The hardest part is deciding which songs to include!

Bev is now excitedly looking to further her horizons with new venues to perform at such as:  Wineries, Pubs and Private Engagements either as a solo artist or with accompaniment.  She has now also created an email promotions list to let her supporters know Where’s Bev V Playing Next? which is quickly growing by popular request.

If your aim is to have a Tasteful and Classy musical experience your guest or patrons will enjoy and have positive feelings about your occasion or establishment…. Bev is the person for your musical needs.   If you’d like to learn more about what she does, please feel free to contact her at:
